The draft Emergency Ordinance on the Electoral Register

According to art. 6 of Law no. 52/2003 on public administration transparency, the Permanent Electoral Authority proposes to public debate the draft Government Emergency Ordinance on the Electoral register, polling stations and permanent electoral lists and also on amending other legislation on electoral processes.

Proposals and comments on the draft law, under discussion, can be submitted in writing to the address of the Permanent Electoral Authority: 6 Stavropoleos Street, District 3, Bucharest, by fax : 0213101386 or e-mail: office@roaep.ro.
