Autoritatea Electorală Permanentă informează că miercuri, 7 mai 2014, conducerea AEP a primit vizita de lucru a unei delegații formată din tineri cursanți, viitori diplomați egipteni.
În cadrul întâlnirii au fost prezentate proiectele Autorității Electorale Permanente în ceea ce privește managementul electoral și procesul de votare pentru românii aflați în afara țării, membrii delegației având posibilitatea să dezbată anumite aspecte ale sistemului electoral din România.
Cei 21 viitori diplomați egipteni au avut astfel oportunitatea de a se familiariza cu bunele practici dezvoltate de instituție în ultimii 10 ani, inclusiv despre mecanismele de vot în afara țării, practicate de România. Reprezentanții AEP s-au implicat în acest program ca furnizori de expertiză în ceea ce privește procesul electoral în contextul în care acest proiect urmărește facilitarea tranziției spre democrație și consolidarea relațiilor bilaterale dintre cele două state.
Tinerii diplomați egipteni se află în România pentru un program de instruire în diplomație și relații internaționale, adresat viitorilor diplomați din Republica Arabă Egipt și organizat de Institutul Diplomatic Român în parteneriat cu Ministerul Afacerilor Externe și Programul Națiunilor Unite pentru Dezvoltare.
Pe lângă cursuri teoretice, susținute de persoane cu experiență profesională în domeniul afacerilor internaționale, tinerii au efectuat și vizite la instituții precum Autoritatea Electorală Permanentă, Parlamentul României sau Consiliul Superior al Magistraturii și Ministerul Afacerilor Externe.
Acest proiect face parte din Programul Național de Asistență Oficială pentru Dezvoltare (AOD) a Guvernului României și este finanțat exclusiv prin bugetul AOD al Ministerului de Afaceri Externe.

Regarding the visit at the Permanent Electoral Authority headquarters,
of a delegation composed by young Egyptian future diplomats
The Permanent Electoral Authority informs that Wednesday, May 7, 2014, PEA board received the work visit of a delegation composed by young students, future Egyptian diplomats.
During the meeting were presented the projects of the Permanent Electoral Authority regarding the election management system in Romania and the out of country voting process for Romanians living abroad. The delegates had the opportunity to discuss certain aspects of the electoral system in Romania.
The 21 future Egyptian diplomats become familiar with the best practices developed by the institution in the last 10 years and the out of country voting mechanism practiced by Romania.
PEA representatives were involved in this program as providers of expertise in the electoral process in the context that this project aims to facilitate the transition to democracy and the consolidation of bilateral relations between the two countries.
The young future Egyptian diplomats are in Romania for a training program in diplomacy and international affairs, organized by the Romanian Diplomatic Institute in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Nations Development Program.
In addition to theoretical courses, supported by persons with professional experience in international affairs, young people visited institutions such as the Permanent Electoral Authority, the Romanian Parliament and the Superior Council of Magistracy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This project is part of the National Programme of Official Development Assistance (ODA) of Romanian Government and is exclusively funded by ODA budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Concernant la visite de travail d’une délégation de jeunes diplomates Égyptiens au siège de l’Autorité Electorale Permanente

L’Autorité Electorale Permanente informe que mercredi, le 7 mai 2014, la direction de AEP a reçu la visite d’une délégation composée de jeunes étudiants, futurs diplomates Égyptiens.
Au cours de la réunion, les représentants de notre institution ont présenté les projets de l’Autorité Electorale Permanente en matière de gestion des élections et le processus de vote pour les Roumains à l’étranger, les membres de la délégation ayant la possibilité de discuter certains aspects du system électoral en Roumanie.
Les 21 futures diplomates égyptiens ont eu l’occasion de se familiariser avec les meilleures pratiques développées par notre institution au cours des 10 dernières années, y compris les mécanismes de vote à l’extérieur du pays, pratiqués par la Roumanie.
Les représentants d’AEP se sont impliqués dans ce programme en tant que fournisseurs d’expertise concernant le processus électoral, en sachant que ce projet vise à faciliter la transition vers la démocratie et renforcer les relations bilatérales entre les deux pays.
Les jeunes diplomates égyptiens se trouvent en Roumanie pour un programme de formation en diplomatie et relations internationales, adresse aux futurs diplomates de la République Arabe Egypte et organisé par l’Institut Diplomatique Roumain, en partenariat avec le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères et le Programme de développement des Nations Unies.
En plus des cours théoriques, pris en charge par des personnes ayant une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des affaires internationales, les jeunes diplomates ont effectué des visites dans des institutions telles que : l’Autorité Electorale Permanente, le Parlement de la Roumanie ou du Conseil Supérieur de la Magistrature et le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères.
Ce projet fait partie du Programme National du Gouvernement Roumain d’Assistance Officielle pour Développement (AOD) et il est finance exclusivement par le budget AOD du Ministère des Affaires Etrangères.
